Buying land in SandyBeach West

When you find a parcel of land you'd like to purchase(That is marked for sale), contact Outy Banjo.

All land ownership along the O Way is subject to O Way Terms and Conditions. Especially important to read if buying land.

To "own" the land, you must create your own land ownership group of at least 3 members and temporarily invite Outy Banjo to join that group as an Officer so he can deed the land to that group.

This involves the one-time listed buy price for the lot, and land tier fees. Land tier fees are paid to Outy Banjo, not Linden Labs. And the sim will always be managed by Outy Banjo, not Linden Labs. O Way land tier fees are similar to Linden Labs fees, but not identical.

Here are the O Way Land Tier Fees:

US$5 per month - 512 to 1,024 sqm
US$8 per month - 1,025 to 1,536 sqm
US$15 per month - 1,537 to 2,560 sqm
US$25 per month - 2,561 to 4,608 sqm
US$40 per month - 4,609 to 8,704 sqm
US$75 per month - 8,705 to 16,896 sqm
US$150 per month - 16,897 to 33,280 sqm
US$300 per month - 33,281 to 65,536 sqm
